When a customer books directly through your website, that booking comes with a QR code. The code takes the customer through the barrier, or to the valet or shuttle, without any manual work from you.

For valet and key management you print a QR sticker for every booking to attach to the car key, with booking number, plate, date, time and car. Every key always belongs to the right reservation, partner bookings included.

Your staff scan the customer's QR code or the key sticker with a rugged Zebra handheld scanner or the mobile app. The booking opens immediately for check-in or handover.

No separate scanner needed: with the ParkingPro app your staff scan the QR code using the camera of an ordinary smartphone. The booking opens straight away for check-in, handover or checks.
