Why a dedicated review module?
ParkingPro has an advantage that general review platforms lack: the system knows when a customer actually parked, when they left and which parking location their booking belongs to.
ParkingPro Reviews builds on this. Customer feedback providers can already be integrated via the API to automatically send satisfaction surveys after departure; a dedicated review product brings everything together.

Reviews are not based solely on bookings: a confirmed booking does not prove that the parking experience took place. Actual check-in or departure records are used wherever possible.
A fair approach to Google reviews
A Google Business Profile integration could be useful for retrieving and responding to reviews through authorised API access.
There is one important rule: do not direct only satisfied customers to Google while preventing dissatisfied customers from leaving a review. Google prohibits selectively soliciting positive reviews and offering rewards for reviews.
That is why every customer receives the same fair opportunity to leave a review. Negative feedback may be followed up internally, but genuine negative reviews are not systematically hidden to manipulate the public score. For reviews collected directly, it is also made clear how reviews are checked to ensure they come from real customers, in line with European consumer protection rules.
