Is all data transferred automatically?
That depends on available exports and data structure. We review the scope in advance and don't promise an unreviewed full transfer.
Europe's no. 1 Parking Management System

ParkingPro · B2B
Want to switch your parking software, but open bookings and ongoing operations still need to be considered? ParkingPro doesn't start with a blanket migration promise, but with an inventory. Together we review data, sales channels, hardware and team workflows – so a possible switch rests on reliable planning.

Too many side lists, duplicate data entry, or lack of overview across multiple locations: a clear problem description is the foundation for a meaningful software switch. Don't just note desired features, but the tasks that currently cost your team unnecessary time. A new interface alone doesn't fix unresolved workflows.
In a ParkingPro demo we look at these concrete tasks. Reservations, capacity, channel pricing and the Driver App are all part of the overall process. You can check how your actual operating day would be represented, rather than just comparing a prepared sample view to your current software.

Before switching, it must be clear what data exists and in what format it can be exported. Reservations whose stay extends past a possible switchover date matter most. What information is needed, which references must be preserved, and which records stay documented in the old system?
A complete or automatic transfer of all data is not promised without review. We first assess the structure, scope and quality of an anonymized export. Existing invoices and historical records must remain accessible according to your requirements; the new software doesn't automatically replace your existing archiving.

A switch often affects more than the office. Your website, external channels, payment flows and on-site access may be tied to the current system. Map these dependencies early. For a connection with a sales partner, accounts, contracts and technical scope need to be clear for your business.
Barriers, ANPR cameras and printers also require a concrete compatibility review. Manufacturer and model matter as much as existing interfaces. A planned software switch isn't a reason to replace working equipment without review – but it's also not grounds for promising that everything can be carried over unchanged.

A data transfer alone isn't a successful switch. Your team needs to find reservations, process arrivals and stage vehicles for returning guests. For a valet operation, that includes photos, signatures and key processes; for shuttle lots, dispatch and handling flight times.
Discuss realistic test cases with the staff who will later work with the system. An anonymized day with tight capacity, a delayed arrival and several simultaneous returns shows more than an empty test list. Scope and form of testing are agreed within the project; a specific test environment is not assumed here by default.

A sensible process includes inventory, technical review, testing and a coordinated cutover. Name contacts for operations, website and hardware, so open questions aren't passed along without anyone making a decision. Your existing contract and any notice periods also belong in the planning.
Duration depends on your data volume, integrations and starting point. We therefore don't name a guaranteed switch date without review. Request a personal demo and bring your key requirements. From there we can assess which steps your business needs and where more information is required before a decision.

These are reviewed separately during the inventory. Handling of stays extending beyond the switchover date must be agreed before the switch.
This can't be stated with certainty without reviewing data, channels and hardware. The timeline is aligned to your specific business.
Not automatically. We review existing cameras, barriers and printers plus their interfaces before making a recommendation.
